Whether you agree with Glenn Beck or not, every American should read Glenn Beck's Common Sense.
If you believe government should take care of you from the womb (assuming you are not aborted) to the tomb, you will hate this book. If you believe in the principles of our Founding Fathers and personal responsibility, you will love the bool. Either way, it will make you think (which may be a new idea to many).

It's about time someone writes a book outlining what our country is about. With any luck some of our politicians will read it and understand it.

This book is fabulous and thought-provoking. It patterns itself on the pamphlet written by the patriot, Thomas Paine, and includes that document at the end of the book.
Government run amok. Patriots denigrated and libeled. Out of control spending. Unprecedented power grabs by bloodthirsty politicians. We live in a troubled time and each day brings more confusion and angst.
Where did we go wrong? When did we leave the path entrusted to us by the Founders of this great country? Mr. Beck and his fabulous team of researchers will answer those questions. As well, he gives sage wisdom and advice on how to get back to where we belong. A nation of citizens who revere and Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and live our lives accordingly.
I don't know about you, but I long for a time I never experienced. I hate the political machinery that sacrifices the citizenry to their lust for power and control. I long for the restoration and reinforcement of "Common Sense".
I challenge you to open your mind, drop your preconceived notions, and READ/inhale "Common Sense" by Glenn Beck. You will never be the same. You'll be better.

Great book. I bought two, one for myself and one to loan to others. If you are looking for some common sense reasoning, then this book will not disappoint you. If you care about our country, you should read this book. I highly recommend it.
