Glen Beck has written a thoughtful, inspirational book in his always inimitable style. He has a fine grasp of the history of these United States, and an optimistic view of our future as a country. His is a sharp sense of humor, his views are direct, and well argued. I appreciate his love of country.

Awesome!! Read it for yourself. Don't listen to the liberals who are falling all over themselves to discredit Glenn Beck.
He is an intelligent voice with an amazing energy to reveal the truths of our times.

Beck updates Paine's Common Sense with a list of grievances for today's society. Unfortunately, the people who read the book and like it are the people who already have "common sense" whereas the people who read it and hate it (or who don't read it but hate it anyway) are the ones who lack "common sense." In other words, Beck is preaching to the choir. Nonetheless, it is worth reading to know that you are not alone in your disdain for the course this country has been taking for decades. Maybe it's not too late to correct the course of this once great nation . . .

As a teacher of high school history, I am inspired by this book. I wish I could hand it out in every class I teach. It is a shame how our history has been essentially wiped out of current texts. Thank you Glenn for re-inspiring this teacher.

Great Book

Glenn Beck does a great job detailing the fiasco our nation is mired in. The numbers are staggering.

All of the haters out there need to chill out and accept that perhaps there are some of us that actually aren't in love with B.O., and MAYBE the Congress doesn't have our best interests at heart.
